Job Responsibilities
- Independent order processing from start to finish
- Customer support in case of queries with current orders
- Ordering, booking and price negotiation with carriers
- Close interdepartmental cooperation (sales, production and warehouse)
- Preparation of customs and freight documents incl. dangerous goods documentation
- Monitoring of collection and delivery dates
- Preparation of certificates of origin and movement certificates (A.TR, EUR.1)
- Inventory control management of product stocks
- Invoicing/monthly closing
Profile:
- Successfully completed apprenticeship in logistics services or export
- Experienced professional in a supply chain environment, export and customs process knowledge desirable
- Understanding of production and supply chain processes and procedures
- Knowledge of hazardous goods regulations is advantageous
- German and English, both written and spoken
- Analytical skills and structured process thinking
- MS Office literacy
