The purpose of Vink Chemicals GmbH is the development, production, storage, and distribution of chemical products, as well as the provision of related services for industrial applications. The scope of application covers all customer-relevant processes—from development and regulatory approval to production, storage, and distribution—across the product lines Technical Biocides, Oil & Gas, Specialty Chemicals, and System Cleaning. The associated functions are located at the Kakenstorf site.

The Memmingen site focuses on the production, storage, and related services for technical product lines, as well as contract manufacturing of cosmetic additives in the hair and skin care sector, in compliance with EFfCI GMP requirements.

The strategic direction of the organization is derived from the analysis of internal and external influencing factors, including market and customer requirements, legal and regulatory obligations, environmental conditions (including climatic influences), as well as internal structures, processes, resources, and competencies. On this basis, we pursue a corporate strategy aimed at consistently high product and service quality, reliable delivery performance, occupational safety, environmental responsibility, and the continuous improvement of our processes.

Safety, occupational health, and environmental protection throughout the entire product and process chain are of paramount importance at Vink Chemicals. Workplace and plant safety, health protection, and the human-centered design of work are considered equal in importance to technical and economic objectives. These principles apply to all employees and to all individuals acting on our behalf.

Environmental protection and the prevention of environmental impact are integral parts of our operations. This includes the efficient use of energy and raw materials, the sustainable use of resources, the minimization of environmental impacts, the avoidance of waste, and the safe and environmentally sound disposal of residues. Consideration of the impacts of climate change on site safety is an integral part of our corporate development.
